The water tight, full seal gasket compresses to cover and completely seal the entire existing flush base opening to insure that there is never a leak once the simple and solid thumb bolt is secured.(No zip ties here). The reduced height means that it will fit just as easily into your one piece lowboy toilet as it does in your old 5 gallon two piece toilet.
